This page says what VetTechHire collects and why, in plain language.

If you browse, we receive the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages). We keep a daily count of page views so we know which listings and guides are being read. We do not sell personal information.

If you subscribe to job alerts, we store your email, the state and role you picked, and whether you want a daily or weekly note. We email you a confirmation link first. Digests include a one-click unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header. You can also unsubscribe from any digest.

If you post a job, we store the listing, your email, and the payment record Stripe sends us. Stripe processes the card. We never see the full card number. Clinic logos, if you upload one, are stored as images.

If you claim a curated listing, we email a link to an address on the clinic’s own domain and store that address once you confirm it.

If you report a listing, we store the reason and any detail you add.

Admin sign-in is a magic link limited to one address. The link and the session cookie are how we know it is you. The cookie is HttpOnly.

Email is sent with Resend from hello@vettechhire.com. The site runs on Cloudflare. Those companies process data only so the site can function.
