Employer terms

Through November 1, 2026, a standard or featured post is free and no card is required. It still stays up for 30 days. After that date the prices below apply. The 3-post pack stays $249.

These terms apply when you pay to post, claim a listing, or use a promo code.

A standard post is $99 and stays up for 30 days. A featured post is $199. It is pinned to the top of its role and state pages, styled as featured, and included in alert emails that match, also for 30 days. A 3-post pack is $249 and puts three standard credits on the email you check out with. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

You only get what you paid for after Stripe tells our webhook the payment succeeded. Refreshing the success page does not publish a job.

You must include a real pay range, a real clinic, and a way to apply. You must have the authority to hire for that clinic. The equal-opportunity statement on the form is part of the listing.

You will get a magic link by email to edit, renew, close, and see views, apply clicks, and alert impressions. Anyone with that link can change the post, so do not forward it.

If we reject or pull a post because it is misleading, discriminatory, not a veterinary support role, or otherwise breaks these terms, we refund the payment. Once a post has been live for 7 days, we do not refund it, including if you fill the role or close it yourself.

Promo codes are single-purpose discounts we issue. They do not combine unless the checkout page says so. A code can expire or run out of uses.

Renewing starts another 30 days. Closing a post takes it out of search immediately.

You are responsible for the truth of the listing. Candidates may report it, and we may pull it.
